They cannot be altered once produced
They are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty

2. Proofing & Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
Check spelling, grammar, dates, and formatting carefully
Ensure uploaded images are clear and high resolution
Confirm sizing, colour selection, and design options
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If you require a design proof before production, this must be requested at the time of ordering (where applicable).
3. Returns & Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Therefore:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund at our discretion
4. Order Amendments & Cancellations
Orders for personalised products enter production quickly.
Amendments may not be possible once production has begun.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if production has not started.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
5. Image & Content Guidelines
You confirm that:
You own the rights or have permission to use any uploaded images
The content provided does not infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
The content is not offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate
We reserve the right to refuse any order that breaches these guidelines.
6. Colour & Finish Variations
Due to screen differences, printing methods, and material finishes:
Colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews
Minor alignment variations may occur
Natural materials (wood, metal, fabric) may have unique markings or grain patterns
These are not considered faults.
7. Data Protection
