If you require a design proof before production, this must be requested at the time of ordering (where applicable).
3. Returns & Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews
Minor alignment variations may occur
Natural materials (wood, metal, fabric) may have unique markings or grain patterns
